Zion, 3/7 - 3/10

There are so many things wrong with the US. But its national park system is not one of them.

However, you really notice the whole defunding thing when we walked into the entrance and there was ONE park ranger at the entrance, who can't even check if people paid for passes, and all she could do was hand out maps. It's pretty fucked up.

Anyway, here are a few photos from our trip to Zion (and a few from our day in Orderville, UT). There was one night we went to Hurricane Mesa for a night of stargazing, and while the stars were beautiful, and I got to see Jupiter through a telescope, iPhone photography just isn't there yet. Also it was really fucking cold. Those desert winds'll get ya.
